IN-PROCESS INSPECTION
Quality is built in, not checked at the end
Most board problems start before pressing. That’s why we check every layer of veneer during production, so defects never reach the finished board.
Veneer thickness
Every veneer sheet is measured. Even veneer gives an even board, with the same thickness and density from edge to edge.
Moisture content
Veneer is dried and checked to 7–12% before pressing, so boards stay flat after delivery.
Knots removed and patched
Knots and weak spots are cut out and patched by hand before pressing, giving you a solid, uniform core.
FINAL INSPECTION
Every board numbered. Every batch tested.
Before shipping, every finished board is inspected and given its own number, and every production batch comes with an inspection report. If you ever have a question about a board, we can trace it back to its batch.
